  4th circle conferece of snatta upeast was held in last month . Amount of circle a/c and user name password is handed over to new circle body by SHRI LALIT SINGH (JTO) and SHRI NARAYAN RAI (JTO)
 Now new circle body has takenover everything and started it work .
